画像の遅延読み込みのせいかもだったんですね！

 

その関連で再度調べたところ、

SWELL設定>設定ページへ>機能停止>「スムーススクロール」を停止するにチェックを入れたら、

目次から見出しに飛んでもずれなくなりました。

widthとheightを付けてみたら改善しませんか？
