プラグインを停止してテストしたところ、別プラグインが悪さしていたことがわかりました。
無事解消しました。

Ubersuggestを活用しており、SEOの施策アラートで
"<title> タグが2つ以上ある"という項目が出ております。

プラグインの影響なのか、WordpressのHeader.phpなどの問題なのかが分解できておらず、
対応方針に悩んでおります。

 

プラグインを一時的に停止してみたらどうですか？

本番環境での影響を考慮されているなら、バックアップデータを作りローカル環境で検証すると切り分けしやすいと思います。
