@jason6666h I can't reproduce wih the following set of versions.

WordPress: 6.1.1
SWELL: 2.7.3.2
PHP: 8.1.16

It's possible that third party plugins, or your server setup might be causing the trouble. I've seen a few similar reports in the past due to shared server's WAF and any other firewall/security plugins.

You might need to temporary turn off any security settings during configuration.

I have checked the relevant security settings and changed the server configuration, change to another server , but I am still experiencing the same problem.

SWELL does not offer such feature as it's a basic feature of WordPress. There're various ways to export contents, either with defaul export or using migration plugins.

Could you also check if you use any ad blocking software on your system or as chrome extention.

@skillsharejp Thanks for the tip, I found that Adguard was causing this problem, so I turned off the Adguard to get it to work properly.

@skillsharejp Initially, I manually uploaded the ad.txt file.

After I disabled the adguard, I deleted the ad.txt file and then edited the ad.txt through the Swell settings.

However, I cannot access softool.xyz/ad.txt. Did I make a mistake somewhere?

@jason6666h Make sure to always follow official guides. SWELL does not genearete ad.txt, bu ads.txt.
